2 ingredients chocolate pudding

This is super easy, quick, dairy free, healthy and delicious.

I divided it to 6 portion, nutrition facts per serving:

Cal: 170

Total carbs: 7 g

Net carbs: 6 g

Fat: 13.8

Protein: 1.8 g


  • 400 ml can of coconut milk

  • 70 g dark chocolate (min 70%)

  • optionally sweetener


  • Heat the coconut milk in a non stick pot, stir constantly so it would not burn

  • Once coconut milk is just about to boil, remove from heat and add the chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts and taste to see if you need any sweetener

  • Let it cool down a bit and then pour into small jars, cups or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 h before serving or optionally put in the freezer for about 30 minutes
