< 5 minutes tuna salad
This quick recipe is a worthy lunch-box idea. There’s no cooking, no baking and no extra dirty dishes

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp canned tuna (I prefer the ones canned in olive oil)
• 3 tbsp cream cheese
• 2 tbsp full fat soft cheese
• 2 regular size pickles
• spices: pinch of salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic
• some fresh parsley leaves
Preparation:
• Put the cheese in a bowl or your lunch box and mix with spices (taste to see if you need to add more)
• add tuna and diced pickles and stir until combined
• sprinkle with fresh parsley leaves
