Keto roasted radishes
I am not a fan of raw radishes but once seasoned and roasted, the taste becomes quite mild and it definitely makes it a worthy keto side dish. Radish is very low in carbs - 100 g of radish contains about 4 g of total carbs / about 2 g of net carbs so it’s something worth trying.
• 200 g of radish, cut in half
• olive oil
• Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, rosemary
Preheat the oven at 180°C
In a small baking trey, sprinkle radishes with olive oil and season with a dash of salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and rosemary
Bake at 180° for about 15 - 30 minutes (depending how soft you want them)
