Cheese and garlic "bread"
Quick, easy, cheesy, garlicky - must try!


Ingredients: • 250 grams full fat grated mozzarella • 4 tbsp almond flour Topping: • 1 tsp butter • 1/2 tsp basil • pinch of powdered garlic • pinch of salt Preparation: • mix grated mozzarella (leave 3 tbsp for topping the dough later) and almond flour and microwave for 1 minute until the cheese is soft • stir together to form the dough • on the baking paper form the dough into a circle (or any other shape you prefer) - thickness around 0,5 centimetres • top it with melted butter mixed with garlic, salt and basil
• sprinkle with some grated mozzarella • bake on 180° for about 15 minutes, until it’s golden brown • leave to cool for a few minutes and then cut into sticks
• serve with some hot sauce, mayo, cream... goes good with everything Enjoy ❤️
