Broccoli, cheese & chicken casserole
Yummy Keto broccoli, cheese & chicken casserole

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
400 grams chicken breast, diced
5 tbsp olive oil
Spices: 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp garlic and if you like spicy food you’ll need some crushed chilies
For the casserole:
300 grams broccoli (frozen or fresh)
little salt
5 oz cooking cream or greek yogurt
150 grams grated mozzarella (strength 1)
grated cheddar cheese to sprinkle over the casserole
some butter for the baking dish
Preparation:
Mix 3 tbsp olive oil with all the spices in a bowl, add the chicken, mix it up and let it marinade for 1 - 2 hours
Cook the broccoli with some salt. When cooked, drain it and let it rest until you cook the chicken
Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan, heat it up for a minute and than add the marinaded chicken
Fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium, then add the cooking cream and cook on medium to low for about 5-6 minutes. Stir it occasionally
Turn off the heat and mix the cooked chicken with already cooked broccoli.
Add mozzarella and try your dish to check if you need to spice it up more
Butter the baking dish, add the broccoli-chicken and sprinkle with some grated cheddar on top
Bake in the preheated oven on 180°c for about 15 minutes, until it gets brown on top Serve with some fresh salad and enjoy ❤️
