Keto Cauliflower cheese with smoked salmon

Ingredients:

• butter

• 400 g cauliflower florets

• 200 g smoked salmon, flaked

• 200 g cheddar, grated

• 150 g sour cream

• 1 egg

• Seasoning: salt, pepper Preparation:

• Preheat the oven at 180°C

• In a bowl, season and whisk 1 egg and combine it with sour cream and 150 g cheddar. Add the cooked and well-drained cauliflower florets and flaked salmon and stir gently. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with grated cheddar. • Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden
