Chicken & veggies soup
Warm, delicious, low carb and keto

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium-size onion
1 chicken file
1 small tomato
4 few broccoli florets
4 cauliflower florets
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 kale
1 celery stick
2 l water
Spices: 1,2 tsp salt (adjust depending on your taste), 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp garlic, a pinch of cumin, chilly (optional)
Also:
2,5 or 3 l pot
Preparation:
on 2 tbsp olive oil saute chopped onions for a few minutes (medium temperature)
add the chicken file cut into small cubes and saute until cooked on all sides
now add 2 l water to your pot and the rest of the veggies (cut in preferred size) and cook on medium to high until the soup boils
as soon as the soup boils, put the temperature on low, add the spices and let the soup simmer for at least 30 - 40 minutes
