Coconut cookies 🥰
They are sweet, taste like coconut and they are low carb.
Preparation is piece of cake so it's a must try!
• 3 tbsp butter
• 5 tbsp sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 10 tbsp coconut
• melt the butter and mix it with sweetener, vanilla, eggs and coconut, it has to be thick
• cool it for 20 mins in the fridge
• form the balls and bake on 180°C around 10 - 15 minutes (until golden)
Let them cool down and serve with tea, chocolate syrup, dark chocolate...
