Creamy beef and mushrooms
Soft diced beef in a mushroom sauce is just a perfect match with low-carb mashed vegetable.
Cooking time for this dish is about 2 hours but it's totally worth it.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 celery stick, diced
600 grams beef
250 grams mushrooms, thin slices
1/2 bell pepper, diced
Water
Spices: salt, pepper, sweet paprika, chili flakes, garlic, basil
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Preparation:
Saute the onions on 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent, on medium
Add the beef and saute until it gets the color on all sides
Add the mushrooms and bell pepper and enough water to cover the meat
Once everything boils, add the spices and reduce the heat to low
Simmer for about 2 hours until the meat is soft and tender and the sauce thickens, check occasionally to see if you need to add a bit more water (to prevent burning)
When the meat is cooked and the excess water has evaporated, taste to see if you need more seasoning
Remove from the stove and stir in 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Sprinkle with some chili flakes
Do not add Greek yogurt while the meal is still cooking because it will curdle
