Crispy oven baked trout

Ingredients:
2 whole trout, gutted and cleaned
olive oil
5 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
3 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon, cut into thin slices
Seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, rosemary
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200°C/390°F
Spray your baking trey with some olive oil
Lightly oil each trout, salt it and place it in the baking tray
In a small bowl, mix together crushed garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil and chopped dill and parsley. Stuff the fish cavity with the mixture and place 2 slices of lemon into the cavity of each fish.
Sprinkle each fish with a dash of pepper, paprika, garlic and rosemary and rub them to evenly season
Bake at 200 for 20 -25 minutes (eyes should be white and the fish soft)
