Easy homemade dark chocolate - ver 1

These chocolate bars can be ready in about an hour and you probably already have all the ingredients at home.

I made 2 chocolate bars from the mix, 1 with diced pecans and 1 without them, both delicious and healthy. 

The chocolate melts fast so it's best to keep it refrigerated and use it whenever you need a quick sweet treat or in recipes that require chocolate.

Ingredients: • 60 g cocoa powder  • 60 g coconut oil

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • sweetener  Optional: diced pecans, almonds, hazelnuts

Preparation: • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove and stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla until combined. Taste to see how much sweetener you wish to add. • Pour the mixture into silicone chocolate molds, optionally add some diced nuts. • Wrap the chocolate in cling foil and even the top with your hands

• Freeze for about 40 minutes before serving

• Store the chocolate in the refrigerator Enjoy ❤️
