Easy keto chocolate & berries cake

For this cake you will not need any almonds or coconut - cake is made entirely of eggs and chocolate - it's super easy with an amazing choco & berries taste.

When cut into 20 slices, nutrition facts per slice:

Calories: 79

Total carbs: 3.8 g

Net carbs: 2.6 g

Fat: 6.5 g

Protein: 2 g


  • 5 eggs

  • 100 grams dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)

  • 5 tbsp sweetener

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 150 g raspberries or any other low-carb fruit

  • 250 ml whipping cream


  • Separate the egg whites from egg yolks and whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form

  • In another bowl, mix the yolks with 5 tbsp sweetener and 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Melt 100 grams of dark chocolate, stir it into egg yolks until combined and gently fold with the prepared meringue

  • Bake in a small round cake tin, on parchment paper, at 180°C for about 30 minutes

  • Once the cake has cooled a bit, top it with the meshed or whole berries and whipped cream
