Kale and chicken casserole

This dish takes about 5 - 10 minutes to prepare and then 35 - 40 to bake but it's worth the wait.






Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast files, diced

  • 200 grams kale, chopped

  • 3 tbsp sour cream

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1/2 cup full-fat mozzarella, grated

  • 1 egg

  • Spices: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp paprika, chilly

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

  • Mix 1 egg, spices, almond flour, and sour cream

  • Add diced chicken, chopped kale and cheese and stir until everything is combined

  • Spray your baking tray with olive oil (2 tbsp) and pour the mix on it

  • Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for about 35 - 40 minutes
