Keto cheese & berries cake
You will need about 5 minutes to prepare everything for this easy low carb cake.
It bakes around 40 minutes and then it needs to cool off for an extra 30 minutes.
• 300 grams cottage cheese
• 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups almond flour
• 2 tbsp sweetener
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
Mix together eggs, sweetener, cottage cheese, yogurt, almonds, lemon juice, vanilla extract and baking soda until combined
Pour it on a baking paper and top with the berries (fresh or frozen)
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes at about 170°C
Leave to cool for about 30 minutes
