Keto chicken and veggies

This is one of the easiest meals, with a prep time of about 10 minutes.

The chicken is crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside and sesame seeds give just a perfect flavor to it all.

If possible, marinate the chicken at least 2 hours before roasting it or leave it to marinate in the fridge overnight but it's not a must.


  • 5 tbsp olive oil

  • 8 chicken tights and/or drumsticks

  • Seasoning: 3 tbsp sweet paprika, salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tsp chili flakes and 4 tbsp sesame

  • 500 grams of broccoli florets

  • 1/2 of green bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 of red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 of yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 1 Onion, diced


  • Pour 5 tbsp olive oil over the chicken, salt it and add all the other seasoning

  • Add the diced veggies and stir everything together (If you are leaving the chicken to marinate over night, add the veggies before roasting it)

  • Pour everything to a baking pan and place the chicken on top of veggies

  • Sprinkle with some more sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for about 35 - 40 minutes
