Keto chowder
A warm bowl of chowder is perfect on any day and it can be ready in less than 30 minutes.
Feel free to add some of your favorite keto veggies (cauliflower florets or rice, celery, leeks, spinach...). Also, you can use any smoked or unsmoked fish (bones removed) or clams, shrimp, crab meat.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
250 g smoked coley (boneless), cut into small pieces
400 ml whipping cream
Seasoning: salt, pepper, parsley
Some fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation:
Melt the butter over medium heat and then add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the lemon juice and whipping cream over the garlic and cook until it starts to boil.
Add the smoked coley pieces to the pot and cook for a few minutes until the fish is cooked enough for you to flake it easily.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Garnish with some fresh parsley
