Keto ham baskets
Treat your family and friends with this savory light dinner, breakfast or lunch. It's super easy to make!
Ingredients: • 12 slices of sandwich ham
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt • 2 tbsp cream cheese • pinch of salt, freshly chopped chives and crushed chilly if you like it spicy • 1/2 tbsp butter • diced smoked pancetta • 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella, edam, ...) .
You’ll also need: • a frying pan • a muffin trey (6 cups) Preparation: • Butter a frying pan and fry the pancetta pieces for about 3-5 minutes • Mix Greek yogurt with cream cheese, salt, chives and chilly
• Line each muffin cup with 2 slices of ham and fill them with cheese&yogurt cream • top with fried pancetta and grated cheese • Bake on 200°c for 10-15 Be creative and enjoy ❤️
