Keto mushrooms with bacon and wine
Perfect as a light dinner or as a side dish.
You will need a total of 20 - 25 minutes to make this dish.
2 tbsp olive oil
500 grams button mushrooms (Diced or whole)
4 tbsp bacon bits/ diced bacon
50 ml red wine
Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder
Fresh parsley leaves
Fry the bacon bits on 2 tbsp olive oil for a minute and then add the mushrooms and fry until they get a nice color on all sides
Add 50 ml red wine and the spices and cook on medium until all the liquid evaporates
Taste to see if you need to add some salt
Sprinkle with fresh parsley
