Keto savory chaffle
Chaffle is basically a low carb waffle made from cheese. You will need a waffle maker for this one or, if you don’t have one, use a non-stick pan.
Chaffle is just perfect as a breakfast side or as a bun for your sandwich, burger, hot dog - lots of possibilities!
• 1 cup grated mozzarella
• 3 tbsp almond flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• spices: chilly, oregano and garlic powder
Heat the waffle maker and spray it with some oil or butter
Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients and pour it in your waffle maker
The chaffle is finished when it gets a nice golden brown color
If you leave the chaffle to rest on a plate for a few minutes it will become crunchy
