Keto savory chaffle

Chaffle is basically a low carb waffle made from cheese. You will need a waffle maker for this one or, if you don’t have one, use a non-stick pan.


Chaffle is just perfect as a breakfast side or as a bun for your sandwich, burger, hot dog - lots of possibilities!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup grated mozzarella

• 3 tbsp almond flour

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp sesame seeds

• spices: chilly, oregano and garlic powder


Preparation:

  • Heat the waffle maker and spray it with some oil or butter

  • Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients and pour it in your waffle maker

  • The chaffle is finished when it gets a nice golden brown color


If you leave the chaffle to rest on a plate for a few minutes it will become crunchy
