Keto spicy oven-fried turkey steaks

An easy and quick dish that has so many different serving options - as a main with almost any side dish, as a part of a perfect sandwich, wrap, or a salad.

You can also prepare a batch of these, freeze them, and have them ready to bake whenever you feel like you need some healthy comfort food.

Ingredients: • 500 g turkey steaks (thin slices of turkey breasts) • about 8 tbsp almond flour • 2 egg whites • 2 tbsp mayonnaise • olive oil • Seasoning: Salt, 2 tbsp hot chili powder, 2 tbsp smoked paprika Preparation: • Preheat the oven to 200°C • Lightly salt the steaks and leave them to rest until you prepare the coating • In a bowl, whisk 2 egg whites with 2 tbsp mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp hot chili powder and 1 tbsp smoked paprika • In a separate bowl, stir together almond flour with 1 tbsp hot chili powder and 1 tbsp smoked paprika • Align a parchment paper in your baking tray and lightly grease it with olive oil • Dip each steak in the egg wash and then in the almond coating and align them on a parchment paper. Drizzle each steak with olive oil. • Bake for about 15 minutes, until the top coating, gets a nice golden color, and then flip them and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until golden Enjoy ❤️
