Cauliflower bake with cheese & salmon

One more perfect keto combination is cauliflower and cheese but... wait until you try it with salmon flakes. It's creamy and absolutely delicious!

This dish has all the macros you need and it's loaded with good nutrients.


The perfect combination would be with the smoked salmon or fresh one but if you don't have it available, you can use canned salmon - it will still make this loaded cauliflower amazing.




Ingredients:

  • 200 grams salmon file, flaked

  • 400 grams cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 200 ml whipping cream

  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese

  • Spices: salt, garlic, parsley, pepper, and chilly flakes

  • Some butter to grease the baking dish


Preparation:

  • First, cook the cauliflower florets in slightly salted water

  • On 4 tbsp olive oil, saute salmon for a few minutes until it's cooked

  • Once the salmon is cooked, add whipping cream, spices, and 1/2 cup grated cheese and stir until everything is combined

  • Add the cooked and well-drained cauliflower and stir everything once more before transferring it to a greased baking dish

  • Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes (until golden)
