Low calorie keto almond cookies

These cookies will take some time baking but preparation is really simple


• 3 egg whites

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

• 6 tbsp almond flour

• 5 tbsp sweetener


  • Separate the egg whites from yolks and save the yolks for something else

  • Add 1 tbsp coco powder and sweetener and whisk with your mixer on low for a minute or two and then on high until you get stiff peaks

  • Add the almond flour spoon by spoon and gently flip the mixture until everything is combined

  • With a spoon or a decorating/freezing bag, place the small shapes on the parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven at 140° for about 45 minutes

Enjoy with some low carb milk or tea ❤️
