Low carb sandwiches

 These sandwiches are made with famous keto 90 second microwave bread which makes them perfect for unannounced guests or if you just want to prepare a quick meal. 


Ingredients: • 3 tbsp almond or coconut flour • 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil) • 1 egg • pinch of salt 

• 1/2 tsp baking soda


Topping:

  • Ham

  • Cheese

  • Tomato sauce: 3 tbs tomato puree, 2 tbs water, pinch of salt, pinch of oregano, pinch of garlic


Preparation:

  • Mix everything in a microwave safe mug and microwave it for 90 seconds

  • Let it cool down and then cut it into thin slices

  • Align the slices on the buttered baking trey and cover them with tomato sauce, ham and cheese

  • Bake for 10 minutes on 200°c Be creative and enjoy! ❤️
