Low carb sandwiches
These sandwiches are made with famous keto 90 second microwave bread which makes them perfect for unannounced guests or if you just want to prepare a quick meal.

Ingredients: • 3 tbsp almond or coconut flour • 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil) • 1 egg • pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
Topping:
Ham
Cheese
Tomato sauce: 3 tbs tomato puree, 2 tbs water, pinch of salt, pinch of oregano, pinch of garlic
Preparation:
Mix everything in a microwave safe mug and microwave it for 90 seconds
Let it cool down and then cut it into thin slices
Align the slices on the buttered baking trey and cover them with tomato sauce, ham and cheese
Bake for 10 minutes on 200°c Be creative and enjoy! ❤️
