Parmesan crisps

Yes there are low carb crisps and they are amazing! :)


  • Grated Parmesan (1 tsp per crisp)

  • Crushed chilly

  • Basil, oregano

  • Grate the Parmesan and line it on the baking sheet forming the little circles/crisps

  • Sprinkle the circles with crushed chilly, basil and oregano

  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 3 - 5 minutes, as soon as the outside rings start to get brown, take the crisps out and leave to cool for a few minutes
