Pork tenderloin strips in sweet chilli sauce

Gooey sticky gorgeousness in a bowl.


  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 500 g pork tenderloin, cut in strips

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 100 ml sweet chilli sauce (I used Mic's Chilli Sweet Chilli sauce)

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and lightly season it with salt and pepper. Fry the strips on 1 tbsp olive oil for a few minutes, until browned and cooked. Set aside on a plate.

  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the same pan and fry the chopped garlic for a minute, until it starts getting brown

  • Pour 100 ml of sweet chilli sauce over the garlic, cook for a minute more and remove from the stove

  • Return the pork to the pan and stir until covered in sauce

  • Serve with cauli rice or mash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
