Pork tenderloin strips in sweet chilli sauce
Gooey sticky gorgeousness in a bowl.
2 tbsp olive oil
500 g pork tenderloin, cut in strips
2 garlic cloves, chopped
100 ml sweet chilli sauce (I used Mic's Chilli Sweet Chilli sauce)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and lightly season it with salt and pepper. Fry the strips on 1 tbsp olive oil for a few minutes, until browned and cooked. Set aside on a plate.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the same pan and fry the chopped garlic for a minute, until it starts getting brown
Pour 100 ml of sweet chilli sauce over the garlic, cook for a minute more and remove from the stove
Return the pork to the pan and stir until covered in sauce
Serve with cauli rice or mash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
