Quick and easy 3-cheese pepperoni keto pizza

There is no need to crave comfort food on keto when there are so many low carb delicious recipes. One of the top keto fast food choices for me is definitely keto pizza and this quick and easy 3 cheese pepperoni keto pizza is one of the simplest recipes I love to use when I finally get home after a long day.

When you are on a low carb keto lifestyle, chances are you already have all the ingredients to make a great keto pizza at home, and avoiding the store when hungry and tired makes the decision so much easier.

For the keto pizza base, I used grated mozzarella and combined it with almond flour and Greek yogurt. It's a recipe I usually use for the keto pizza dough when I want to avoid a long prep time.

After combining the ingredients, I distributed them in a thin layer on a lined pizza tray and baked the keto base for about 15 minutes, until it got a nice color and a crust. The next step is to add the preferred toppings and bake it for an extra 5-8 minutes until finished.

For this 3-cheese pepperoni pizza topping, I used spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, fresh mozzarella slices, grated cheddar and ricotta cheese.

Quick and easy 3-cheese pepperoni keto pizza


Keto pizza base:

• 3 tbsp of Greek yogurt

• 8 tbsp almond flour

• 200 g mozzarella

• spices: salt, chilly, garlic


  • 100 ml tomato sauce

  • Spices: salt, pepper, oregano,chili flakes

  • 150 g pepperoni, thin slices

  • 100 g ricotta cheese

  • 100 g grated cheddar cheese

  • 6 small fresh mozzarella balls


  • In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt, almond flour and mozzarella until combined

  • Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a lined pizza tray and bake at 200°C until golden and crispy

  • Combine the tomato sauce with seasoning and spread over a finished keto pizza base. Sprinkle the grated cheddar over tomato sauce, dollop the ricotta cheese over cheddar and top with pepperoni and mozzarella balls

  • Bake for about 5 more minutes at at 200°C
