Savory Ham&eggs muffins

You’ll need about 5 minutes to prep this and around 10 to bake it 👌



Ingredients (6 muffins):


• 2 eggs

• 3 tbsp cream cheese

• 1 tbsp almond flour

• 1,5 tbsp milled flax-seed (if you don’t have it, add the equal amount of almond flour)

• 1 tbsp sesame seeds

• spices: pinch of salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp crushed chilly, 1/4 tap cayenne pepper, pinch of thyme and basil

• 1/2 cup sandwich ham diced or grated

• 1/2 cup grated full fat cheese

For the topping:

• grated cheese

• smoked bacon diced into small bites


Preparation:

• beat the eggs and mix in everything else in the above shown order

• butter your muffin pan, add the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese and bacon

• bake on 190° for about 10 minutes, until they get a nice color
