"Spaghetti" bolognese
No pasta on keto? No problem 😋 Try this Keto spaghetti bolognese recipe

Ingredients:
For spaghetti:
2 courgettes/ zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil
Spices: salt, pepper, and garlic
For bolognese:
2 tbsp olive oil
500 g minced beef
3 tbsp diced ham or bacon
1 medium-size onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper (red, green or yellow), finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1,5 tbsp tomato puree
3,5 oz of cooking cream
Seasoning: 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, chili powder, salt and pepper Optional: Parmesan cheese
You'll also need:
2 pans
Vegetable spiralizer
If you don't have a spiralizer, you can: 1. use the vegetable peeler to cut the zucchini into thin slices and then cut the slices with a knife into noodles 2. use the box grater and carefully grate the zucchinis into spaghetti Preparation:
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large frying pan on medium heat and fry the onions, diced garlic and bacon for 2 minutes (stir it so it doesn't burn)
Add the minced meat and diced bell pepper and stir until the meat is brown
Add the tomato pure and cooking cream
Bring to boil, turn down the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and chilly and cook on low for an additional 5 minutes.
While bolognese is cooking, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to another frying pan and add the zucchini spaghetti. Season the zucchini with salt, pepper and garlic and fry them for 2 minutes on low heat. . Enjoy ❤️
