Keto Spicy Meatballs Stuffed With Mozzarella

Quick & spicy 3-ingredient keto beef meatballs stuffed with fresh mozzarella.


These guilt free meatballs are a perfect keto comfort food, just serve them with some low carb hot sauce and enojoy.


Ingredients:

  • 500 g minced beef

  • 1 egg

  • 8 mini mozzarella balls

  • Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp hot chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp rosemary


Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C

  • In a bowl, combine minced beef with an egg and seasoning and stir until combined. If the mixture seems too dry, add about 2 tbsp of water

  • Form the balls and insert mozzarella in the center of each meatball. Seal the meatballs really firm to make sure that cheese stays inside. Also, you can freeze the mozzarella balls prior to preparing the meatballs to make sure the cheese stays in place.

  • Bake at 190°C for about 25 - 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
