Keto Spicy Pork Bowl
Quick and healthy low carb keto recipe with pork strips and keto veggies.
500 g pork loin, cut into thin strips
100 g smoked bacon, diced
1 small onion
300 g cauliflower rice, cooked
1 hot chili pepper, diced
1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
10 Brussels sprouts
Seasoning: salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp hot chili powder
Place the pork strips in a bowl, lightly salt them and drizzle them with olive oil
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and add the pork. Cook the pork on medium, occasionally stirring, until it's cooked and browned on all sides. Remove the pork strips from the pan and set them aside on a plate, cover.
Add 1 tbs olive oil to the pan again and cook the diced onion, diced bacon, bell pepper strips, Brussels sprouts, and chili pepper until they are soft enough for your taste.
Stir in the cooked cauliflower rice, pork strips, and seasoning and cook covered on medium to low for about 3 minutes, until everything is combined.
Taste to see if you need more seasoning
