Keto Three-Cheese Turkey Bake
As the title says, this dinner is easy keto turkey and three-cheese bake. Preparation is about 10 minutes and baking time is 25-30 minutes.
I used mozzarella, cheddar and Gorgonzola in the recipe and served these keto slices drizzled with hot sauce and with a bowl of lettuce on the side.
500 g minced turkey
100 g grated mozzarella
100 g grated cheddar
30 g Gorgonzola
Seasoning: 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, chili flakes
Butter for greasing
Preheat the oven to 190°C
In a bowl, stir together minced turkey with mozzarella and seasoning
Transfer the turkey mince to a lightly greased baking tray, press it well and cover with grated cheddar.
Crumble and distribute Gorgonzola on the top and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until it has a nice golden crust
Leave to rest for about 5 minutes before serving
